With more than 30 years in the computer industry, Debra Jobin has personally witnessed the forces that have revolutionized the business world and led to the evolution of Prophet Business Group.

“My first job in the hardware and software business was with Q-data Systems. It later became Superior Business Machines and then Superior Business Solutions,” Debra says. “Prophet Business Group is the successful result of these three companies.” As Prophet’s Office Manager, Debra’s administrative experience and professional approach is matched only by her Prophet teammates.

“Our teams of software and network consultants are exceptional and have been steadily built to become even better. There’s a high-level of quality in everyone’s work,” Debra adds. “I’m proud of our staff and the amount of thought and energy they put into problem-solving. A large part of Prophet’s success has been our team’s ability to build solid client relationships and create long-term customers.”

Debra has always admired Prophet’s positive work environment. “I felt like I was coming home,” she recalls. “The people at Prophet are very respectful. It's a place where each of us has the opportunity to experience personal and professional growth.”

Debra’s administrative functions include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, collections management as well as time management reporting through Alert. Debra has also earned several levels of achievement in Microsoft Excel and has taken a seminar course in small business management.

In her spare time, Debra enjoys going to the lake and spending time with family and friends and her dog, “Bowzer”. Debra also teaches piano and loves many genres of music. Debra enjoys participating in sports, reading, and traveling to warm winter vacation spots.

What is your least favourite word?
“Snow. It means shoveling and several months of cold.”
